To implement the reform programs and activities developed by or through the PEFA Secretariat in respective sectoral ministries, entities, province or district PEFA implement unit will be established as stated below:
In Federal ministerial/Central level entities:
Joint Secretary, Planning Division - Coordinator
Chief, Planning Section - Member
Chief, Administration Section -Member
Chief, Monitoring and Evaluation Section - Member
Chief, Financial Administration Section -Member Secretary
In Provincial level:
Secretary; Ministry of Economic Affairs and Planning - Coordinator
Secretary; Office of Chief Minister and Council of Ministers - Member
Comptroller General, Provincial Financial Comptroller Office - Member
Chief Executive Officer, respective Local level where the Province Headquarter is situated - Member
Officer Designated by the Coordinator - Member Secretary
In District level:
Chief, DTCO - Coordinator
Chief Administrative Officer, District Coordination Committee - Member
Chief Executive Officer, respective Local level where the district Headquarter is situated - Member
An Officer level Representative, District administration Office - Member
Officer, designated by Coordinator - Member Secretary
